June 3 2013

We had a fitness test last Friday on May 31st. I finished with a score of 14.3. For the T-test, I managed to finish with a time of 9.74 seconds. I beat my previous vertical record of 54 by 6cm making my vertical 60cm. The body bridge was very successful for me as I broke the 3 minute mark with a time of 3:02. I managed to do 45 pushups straight without any rest as well. The only negative test was the sit and reach. I was only able to get to level 2.

After school on Friday, I volunteered at Chuck Bailey's Recreational Centre, and joined a 30 minute 3on3 basketball game.

On Saturday, I worked out at the YMCA with Sebastian Laverde. Saturday was my 6th day working out, and it was chest and triceps day. I am trying to workout 3-4 days a week for the rest of the year.

On Sunday, I worked out again at the YMCA with Sebastian. Sunday was biceps and back day. We worked out for an hour leaving us some time to play basketball as well.

Today, we played street hockey for SuperFit. Tonight, I will be going through intense basketball training at 7pm.

    1. I am enjoying my improvements because I enjoy testing my limits in fitness. Overall, I just like to try my best to overcome my fitness limits on every fitness test.
